This manifesto is a reconsideration of personal mindsets and ways of thinking within the world. As we search for new answers, findings, and understandings, we prosper into our fullest potential. The following statements are blunt and strong but as the viewer reads through, they begin to consider the opportunities.
Positivity
I BELIEVE:
- that others should not make positive life changing decisions for others.
- the world is dying because of humans.
- that transitioning into a new world or preserving and protecting the earth is necessary but difficult.
- that without the assistance and participation of every human-being, there will be no positive transformation.
- that others should be open-minded and able to consider the other side of the story.
If we were to truly listen and consider what the other is saying, there would be more understanding and resolutions within the world. If I could do anything in the world, I would help environmentalists' voices be heard.
People are prone to not listen to other issues within another country and/or only hear what they want to hear. I want a career that pushes me every day to become better.
As my professors in school pushed me almost to my breaking point, I have become a better designer and will keep on improving as these career opportunities and taken by myself. I want to always keep an open-mind and have evidence to base my beliefs off of.
I want people to realize what is going on in the world and not just their world. The world I want to live in is realistic positivity and open mindedness. This being said, that is technically into a world but more of a mindset. But as humans would become more positive, realistic and achievable, the world would soon become realistically positive.
Of course, there would be instances that cause for some negativity to arise but this is when the transitional mindset comes into play. For example, failing at something you wanted. There is a set time after event where you sulk and ask why such a think has happened to you but the upcoming choices and actions you make will determine the mindset you have.
Do you figure out what you did wrong? Do you consider the other options or actions you could have made or taken? Do you understand that there is room for improvement? And finally, do you learn that there is always room for specialized improvement in one's particular mind? Or do you not ask yourself these questions and make the same mistake over again until you do? There are any questions to ask yourself that determine your mindset.
With this mindset of positivity, there would be improvement all over the globe, economically, socially, ethically, legally, you -----. Don't conform to anything excerpt being yourself. The experiences I have had taught e that being yourself is what will make you the happiest when you go to bed at night.
It might take time to find other who agree and want to be around someone who is like you but confidence and communication is key to any relationship, even with yourself. There s a reason you are on this planet and if you don't find out what it is then you haven't realized who you truly are.
I am part of a group of designer who are fighting to become a designer in the workforce. Professors, grad students, other students, slam into our brains that without the visual intellect and communicational perspectives that a designer requires, we will not be able to make it due to high percentages of graduating and opportunity-seeking designers.
We understand that we may not be as successful as one another and we realize that without hard work and a credible portfolio, we will not make it in the workforce. As we have professors guiding us in the way of improving our portfolios and creating our styles, we all know that we need to guide each other with constructive criticism as we are all in the same boat of frustrations and learnings as well.
We embrace each others ideas and thinking. While we might not understand why or what something is, constructive criticism will always be given to improve on our creations. Embracing such different ideas and structures within the group allows for creative thinking to begin. There should never be a certain criteria that the group should follow unless instructed by the professor because limiting ourselves to improve according to another's ideas is indecency.
Limiting ourselves to improve according to another's ideas is indecency.
